Bright Money is a Consumer FinTech company based in San Francisco, USA, and Bangalore, India. It builds consumer digital products that use Artificial Intelligence to improve how people make personal financial decisions, with their credit cards, checking accounts and personal savings.

The Bright team has a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences. The team was founded by Avi Patchava (former McKinsey, InMobi), Petko Plachkov (former McKinsey, CommuterClub founder), Varun Modi (former InMobi) and Alexander Seyfert (former Amazon, Yahoo). Bright has raised over +$30m from leading investors including Naveen Tewari - Founder InMobi, and Kunal Shah - Founder Cred) and 4 Venture Capitalist funds: Sequoia, Falcon Edge, Hummingbird and Oakhouse partners.

We are currently looking for a Treasury Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations and be responsible for Cash Management, FX dealing, Cash forecasting and Treasury Projects.

What You’ll Do:-

Work closely with the business to minimize financial risk
Review funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging etc.)
Managing banking relationships
Driving treasury specific projects/initiatives across the region.
Maintain responsibility for oversight of the corporate accounting function, credit and financial reporting.
Manage external investment managers, investment portfolio reporting, and compliance with corporate investment policy.
Automation the reconciliation and reporting of cash flows.

What You’ll Bring:-

You possess a degree in Finance, Law, Economics or similar area.
You have prior experience of 8+ years in the similar role.
You have strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholder
